Last Hearth

Last Hearth is a six minute survival game where you build a kingdom while the siege is already underway.

Hunt enemies for coins, return them to your settlement, and spend them directly on floor tiles while combat continues. Recruit archers, strengthen your walls, expand the castle, and survive the final siege.

This is an early public playtest. The core loop is playable from start to finish, but balance, art, controls, and progression are still evolving.
